Manila Digger Club was established in 2018. At its inception, it was a community football club mainly composed of Chinese who were working, doing business, and studying in the Philippines.
MDFC aim to provide an influential platform for sports and cultural exchanges for the Chinese community, thus strengthening the friendship between China and the Philippines.
In 2023,the club was invited to participate in the Philippine Professional League Cup.In 2024, it made its debut in the Philippine Professional Footbal League and secured the 7th place.
The club is committed to achieving excellent results in local Chinese - related and international competitions, promoting the development of Philippine football.

As the General Manager of the club, i always thought we can make the club success, and it actually exceeded the expectation and the target of the Club. It will make a big impact in the Philippines Football history.
Finlay has been with the Club for 5 years, it is a very friendly, family-orientated club. The coaches are highly skilled and the players are enthusiastic and passionate about their team and the football they play, which is a reflection on the quality of coaching and encouragement they receive. You only have to watch them play a match to see evidence of the professionalism that goes into training them!
I joined the Club this season and I was settling into the team really well and making new friends. I really looks forward to the training sessions and matches. The training is fantastic with the right balance of teaching skills, discipline and having fun. Everyone involved with the club is very welcoming, it’s well organised and all enjoying playing football.
